It offers superior versatility by enabling the use of a single masterbatch, while delivering excellent color performance and mechanical properties similar to a standard universal black masterbatch. Suitable for compounding for the automotive segment.

ISCC PLUS 20% mass balance certified material black masterbatch for coloration of a wide range of plastics. It offers superior versatility by enabling the use of a single masterbatch, while delivering excellent color performance and mechanical properties similar to a standard universal black masterbatch. Suitable for compounding, direct injection molding and sheet extrusion applications for the automotive segment.

ISCC PLUS 100% mass balance certified material black masterbatch, made from reclaimed carbon from end-of-life tires and mechanically recycled polyethylene, enabling more than 60% GHG reduction while offering medium tinting strength similar to a standard black masterbatch. Suitable for a variety of applications.

ISCC PLUS 70% mass balance certified material black masterbatch, made from a carefully selected jet carbon black dispersed in mechanically recycled polyethylene, offering high gloss and high jetness pigmentation. It reduces GHG emissions by nearly 50% with no color performance compromise vs. a standard black masterbatch. Suitable for the automotive segment.

Our Loncin and Pepinster black masterbatch facilities have achieved International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) PLUS certification, a globally applicable certification system designed to ensure compliance with ecological and social requirements, greenhouse gas emissions savings and traceability. Within ISCC PLUS certification, Cabot Specialty Compounds plants in Belgium have voluntarily applied the methodology for calculating GHG Emissions according to ISCC Document EU 205 (GHG Add-on).
