Tour De Cabot
We are committed to continuing to build a workplace culture of physical, mental, financial and social well-being. To advance this initiative, we globally launched “Tour de Cabot,” a physical activity and movement challenge. Nearly 2,000 employees collectively took over 700 million steps during the 6-week challenge, showcasing inclusivity by allowing any form of physical movement. Throughout the Tour de Cabot, participants also embarked on a virtual tour learning about local cultures, customs, cuisines and Cabot products.

Through the Cabot Foundation, we are a proud sponsor of American Corporate Partners, a non-profit that supports transitioning service members. Our CEO and employees work with veterans of the program to review resumes, prepare for interviews, network and explore professional development opportunities in the civilian workforce. In doing so, we are not only able to show our gratitude for service people, but we are helping our veterans prepare for fulfilling and successful careers in the next chapter of their lives.
